Probate Litigation Experience
Since beginning her practice at Anderson Bradley Krant, Susan has handled many probate, guardianship and conservator litigation matters. She is experienced in trust dispute litigation and can help in will contest and beneficiary claims. Susan has successfully pursued cases against trustees for breach of their fiduciary duties and can also work toward an out-of-court resolution through mediation and settlement procedures.
Founding Anderson Bradley Krant
Susan and Carolyn Anderson founded Anderson Bradley Krant, a professional corporation, in 2006. Together they provide a unique blend of extensive litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Both attorneys took different career paths in the big city after graduating from the same law school but found themselves settling down in the same small-town community. Both Susan and Carolyn focus on their core values of family, community, and responsible representation of select clients. The law firm provides quality legal service specializing in employment matters, construction disputes, business consulting, and personal injuries. Susan and Carolyn provide affordable legal analysis, while conducting themselves as approachable business owners in tune with the needs of small businesses and individuals in this community.
Family and Interests
Susan enjoys many avenues of artistic expression, including quilting, photography, watercolor, and scrapbook creations. In her free time, she loves to enjoy Oregon’s natural beauty and travels in her RV, with family and friends.
