Victoria M. BonesLCSW Victoria M. Bones is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive training and experience in clinical social work, child, adult and family therapy. She is certified in family and divorce mediation, parenting coordination and custody evaluations. Ms. Bones is a current member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the National Association of Social Workers. She is a past member of the Oregon Family Institute for Parent Coordination and Custody Evaluations. She holds a Masters of Social Work from University of Nebraska and has worked with children and families for over 40 years.

Susan Bradley KrantAttorney Susan is licensed to practice law in Oregon and California. Susan is an experienced trial attorney, handling complex litigation matters for over 30 years, and she focuses her practice on estate planning and disputes, business planning and disputes, and on general civil litigation matters in Jackson and Josephine Counties. She promotes cooperative resolution of cases through mediation and creativity, and serves as an Arbitrator for private arbitrations. Susan also served as a volunteer mediator for many years in Jackson County handling tenant disputes with landlords. She focuses on bringing a peaceful practice to the otherwise extreme adversarial process of civil litigation. Susan has served on the board of Oregon Women Lawyers, as President of Rogue Women Lawyers, member of the Oregon State Bar Advisory Committee for Diversity and Inclusion, and speaks frequently on the topic of legal ethics.Locally Susan has volunteered in the Ashland Schools teaching art and creativity to students and has served as past secretary of the Ashland Independent Film Festival Board, a local non-profit she greatly enjoys. She is an avid reader and life-long learner, and loves hiking and boating with her family.Susan has a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College, Los Angeles (1984), and a law degree from Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco (1987).

Thom Hepford, CPA Thom brings 15 years of public accounting experience and another 6 in corporate budgeting and financial reporting. His current practice areas include planning and tax consulting for individuals, small businesses, trusts, and estates. He is licensed in Oregon as a CPA and is involved in the Community as a member of the Rotary Club of Ashland, Chair of the City of Ashland Audit Committee, and as a board member of the Collaborative Theatre Project in Medford. Originally from Kansas, Thom’s family moved to Ashland in 2012. Living most of his adult life just down the street from Allen Fieldhouse at the University of Kansas and growing up on Naismith Drive as a child, Thom is a former basketball athlete and avid KU fan. He and his wife currently stay active by playing sand volleyball and the family takes advantage of Oregon’s outdoor life whenever they can.

Cassandra Dexter, CPA Cassandra brings 6 years of public accounting experience. Her current practice areas include planning and tax consulting for individuals, small businesses, financial planning, payroll and bookkeeping. While originally from Bend, Oregon, Cassandra spent most of her youth in Merrill, Oregon. While in this this small farming community she was actively involved with the 4-H clubs, National Honor’s Society, and the Leo’s Club. Cassandra moved to Ashland in 2012 and graduated in June 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting along with a Certificate in Accounting Information Systems from Southern Oregon University. Cassandra was a member of Southern Oregon University’s National Society of Collegiate Scholars chapter as well as the Business club and Accounting Students Association. Cassandra is currently involved in the Rotary Club of Ashland and spends her free time hiking, camping, or kayaking around the Rogue Valley.
